1. Security Deposit

A security deposit of 10,000 THB is required.
The deposit is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned in the same condition, all terms are met, and no damages or violations occur.

2. Payment Terms

Rentals of 3 months or less: full payment for the entire period is due upon receiving the vehicle.
Rentals longer than 3 months: monthly payments are allowed.
All payments must be made upon receiving the car or at the company's location in the Srithanu area.
Foreign credit card processing fee: A 4% processing fee will be added to any payment made with a foreign credit card.

3. Insurance Options

Basic Insurance (Included in Rental Price)

Covers damage or injury to third parties and their property.
Deductible: 12,000 THB for any third-party damage claim.
A 1,000 THB service fee is added to any repair cost.
Not covered: damage to the rented car itself, glass, tires, underbody, floods, fires, theft, off-road or beach driving damage.

Full Insurance (Optional Add-on: +25% of rental price)

Covers damage to the vehicle as well as third-party injury or damage.
Deductible: 12,000 THB per incident. Total-loss deductible: 50,000 THB.
No added 1,000 THB service fee on repair costs.
Intentional damage or gross negligence may void this coverage.

Extra Full Insurance (Optional Add-on: +35% of rental price)

Covers damage to the vehicle as well as third-party injury or damage.
Deductible: Only 1,500 THB per incident. Total-loss deductible: 15,000 THB.
No added 1,000 THB service fee on repair costs.
Highest level of protection with the lowest deductibles.
Intentional damage or gross negligence may void this coverage.

In all cases:

Any damage the insurance company does not cover (including amounts below the deductible) is paid by the renter/hirer.
Tire, glass, and flat-tire damages are the renter's sole responsibility regardless of insurance type.

4. Driver Responsibilities & Restrictions

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and voids all insurance coverage.
Only drivers approved in writing by the rental company may operate the vehicle.
Sub-renting, leasing, or transferring the vehicle to any other person is strictly forbidden without written permission from the company.
The vehicle must remain on Koh Phangan only. Leaving the island with the vehicle is strictly forbidden without prior written permission.
Driving on the beach or off-road (unpaved roads) is strictly prohibited and is not covered by any insurance. The renter is fully responsible for all related costs and damages.
In case of any accident, damage, or incident:
- Call the company immediately.
- Do not move the vehicle unless instructed by the police.
- Take many photos and collect full details of all involved parties (regardless of insurance type).

5. Vehicle Care & Maintenance

The renter must check and maintain proper oil, coolant, and water levels at least once a week (or have a mechanic check).
If the engine overheats, turn off the engine immediately and call the company. Damage from overheating or lack of coolant is the renter's sole responsibility (no insurance coverage).
The renter is fully responsible for flat tires, broken glass, lost keys, drained battery, or any damage due to negligence.
For rentals of one month or longer: the vehicle must be brought to the company for periodic inspection at least once a month.
The vehicle must be returned with a full tank. See the Fuel Policy section below for charges if the tank is not full upon return.
Excessive interior/exterior damage or cleaning (stains, rips, paint damage, etc.) will incur a 1,000 THB charge.
The renter commits to treating, maintaining, and caring for the vehicle as if it were their own property.

6. Service Fees & Penalties

Late return: 300 THB per hour.
Delivery or return on the east side of the island (Haad Rin to Thong Nai Pan) or outside business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM): 600 THB.
Customer-responsible service requests (lost key, drained battery, flat tire, etc.): 1,000 THB.
Parking in public areas is limited to 48 hours. Contact the company if more time is needed.
Floods, fires, theft, and natural disasters are not covered by insurance. The renter is responsible for eliminating such risks.
Any violation of these terms will result in a 15,000 THB penalty.
The company may temporarily replace the vehicle for repairs or required maintenance.

7. Cancellation & Changes Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
To shorten the rental period: notify the company at least 3 weeks in advance and you will be charged according to the new (shorter) period rate.

8. Company Rights

The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation or reclaim the vehicle at any time, with or without explanation. If applicable, a refund will be provided.

9. Driving Recommendations (Thailand / Koh Phangan)

In Thailand we drive on the left side of the road. Drivers used to right-side driving should stay closer to the center of the road.
Drive slowly during the first few days to get used to the car and the island's conditions.
When driving uphill (especially steep hills to Haad Rin or Thong Nai Pan), downshift to 2nd or 1st gear instead of staying in D. In extreme cases, turn off the air conditioner for more power.

10. Fuel Policy

We deliver all vehicles with a full gas tank.
The customer must return the car with a full tank (or no less than received).
If the tank is not full upon return, the customer agrees to pay according to the following policy:
